Fitness Journey

As cliche as it sounds, yes, I’m doing this. Again. I will try to focus more, motivate myself in this very phase of life and wish for the best. In God’s time, but with hard work.

Will update this post from time to time as I don’t wanna post more every time.

Day 1

Today, I had 45 minutes of workout which wasn’t properly planned. it sucked so I will do it better tomorrow. My workout consisted of Zumba Dances and home exercises. I already figured out what I should do tomorrow. Will post some more details soon. I will share my current weight, food diet, and brain workout. Yes, as I get to panic easily or get irritated. I hope all of this will help me wholly. Thank you!
